M Company: There is one interview, it is two interns that ask the professional question for about 20 minutes at the beginning. They give me a start when just been here, the ones that wore are too casual, and how to see and is all and I or peers, and must be the students at school, but very tense at that time, did not dare to ask more either, they were very friendly finally, proved oneself was an intern, they both were a rich one at first, it is a peer as expected. Then discussed one’s own subject in the laboratory with me at will, the resume later was facing toward me was asked some relevant questions, generally speaking, felt very light, like participating in the discussion class of the laboratory. It is a very professional project manager after this, very candid with the man of great talent, she says frankly the company at present this project lacks people very much, needs to begin to practise at once, could stay in company wanting recruitment planning to think Human Resource Department practise, to could stay they can not provide and answer clearly at this moment in company practise, then introduced the situation of the project and company’s situation to me in detail. Though I have not chosen to practise in M Company finally, this project manager lets me feel the man of great talent that the big company have and candid, strengthening me too should be in the idea that research institutes or development centre work of the foreign capitals, many interviews of N Company after this and I Company make me strengthen this kind of idea further, besides the man of great talent and candid, the research institute of the foreign capitals or work of development centre has humanized working environment, the norm, more practical mechanism of management.  
C bank: There is one interview too. I drop in Shanghai train for less than 14 hour from Beijing, wait for interview it waits to be almost an hour, the interview is less than 15 minutes altogether. C bank’s interview demands to bring all certificates had, the transcript, not merely English Test (Band 4 and 6) certificate, even various award-winning certificates at undergraduate course time must be brought all. In the whole interview course, there is not any professional problem, has not investigated the English level either, and there is few question that ask, but it is very difficult for these questions to answer. For example: My undergraduate course achievement at time is clicked relatively tallly, but the achievement during the graduate student is clicked generally, they ask what cause the difference, I has to answer oneself think research work pursue the master degree, and make event to be a little more important, so the study is not paid attention to as undergraduate course time. The other side points out immediately then the undergraduate course obtains awards more at time but there is not a award during the graduate student, why is this? 3, 4 so continuous questions, I can only repeat the same words to answer - -Do, study, send thesis and paying attention to very much other pursue the master degree. Generally speaking, the interview feel very bad, I know, hope quite after the interview, but does not take notice of very much.  
Other ones that left deeper impression on me had, a other requirement for expecting very much in English of research institute of foreign capitals instead of M research institute, written examination interviews are all pure professional problems, he believes professional ability is the most key, and English so long as can exercise easily come out comparatively under particular environment in spoken language, really have intimate here on my heart. But spoken language of me really good, otherwise two that participate in English interview would not the whole army was completely wiped down all.  
It is for I in this for oneself at some personal experience of not hunting for a job at the end 2003,from the initial why want if choosing, obtain employment directly graduate, get to the position of making a reservation and choosing to suit oneself, and then prepare to earlier stage - -Practise, and then reach resume making and throw the resume, written examination, interview.
